Try something new. Don’t “work” right up until it’s time for bed. The last load of laundry can wait. No one will be hurt if there are dishes in the sink.
Today, this week, this month, I give you permission to stop “doing” 30 minutes before you normally go to bed. It’s your time to rest. No doing, no thinking, no worrying. Rest.
